This Fetish, Bondage, SM, Assplay and Safety Checklist can help you identify turnons-/offs, limits, and find common ground for play. It can be used by bottoms and slaves, as well by tops and masters. Versatiles can fill out preferences both as Top and bottom, as these interests can be very different. For each subject, just write a number from one to six (1-6) to indicate your preference. You can also write additional information or nuances, as well as symbols for Intensity, Duration and Pacing (BD/SM), if you like.
